Women In Business
In April 2022 I joined the Santander Women Business Mentoring Programme as a mentor.
For the next nine months I worked with my amazing mentee Kimberley, whose journey started with the Princes Trust in 2018, and her business Nourish Northern Mamas has evolved and adapted to become a thriving self care community and events business.
Kimberley’s natural ability to really understand her customer needs has seen her business flourish .
I gained so much from the program, from engagement with other mentors and the opportunity to connect regularly with Kimberley and her well being business. The unexpected added bonus was to be awarded Highly Commended as one of the finalists for the Mentor Award. I would highly recommend the programme to all women in business, the connectivity and engagement was excellent and at a time when an extra energising conversation can sustain us through great days, good days and why did I get out fo bed days!!! Thank you Kimberley and to Santander.
