Toolkits .Why, when, how and which one to use
Why use a Toolkit?
Toolkits provide valuable support to innovators, entrepreneurs and business owners looking to adapt to rapidly changing external and internal environments. Tools enable an accessible and inclusive approach, bringing those who are often excluded into the conversation and giving everyone a space at the table, lab bench or workshop.
When to use a Toolkit
A business toolkit can be applied to multiple scenario’s and is an excellent way to bring different voices to the usual conversation. Our commitment to Diversity, Equity & Inclusion runs through everything we do. Our research has shown how the use of a Toolkit, can greatly improve diversity of thought and bring new perspectives to challenges and opportunities.
How to use a Toolkit
We begin by making sure that everyone has a clear understanding of the tool, framework or canvas that we are going to use and how to get the most from it throughout the project. Our focus is to ensure that we bring value that remains with your team.

We have experience with a range of business toolkits and approaches including Lean Canvas, Pitch Canvas, Where To Play and the Engineering Better Care Toolkit designed and developed by Professor John Clarkson at the Engineering Design Centre University of Cambridge.
